Jet Ski Rentals
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay
Do we need a reservation to jet ski at Myrtle Beach Jet Ski Rentals?
Yes. Reservations are required. Reservations can be made online or by telephone. All reservations must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time so that we may check your group in. At the time of departure if jet skis are available, we will then take walk-ins.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation and you will not be charged. If you cancel within 48 hours or you are a No Show there is a charge for the full amount.
What about weather conditions?
Weather conditions come and go in Myrtle Beach. The Ranger may either cancel or delay a trip if weather conditions are unfavorable. If the Ranger cancels the trip there is no charge. If you are able to reschedule we will try again for the next available time. If you prefer, we will give you a full refund.
What is the minimum age?
You must be 18 years or older to drive the jet ski and or carry passengers. Passengers must be at least 3 ft. tall and able to hold on to the driver from the back.
Is there a weight limit to rent skis?
Yes, there is a combined weight limit of 400 lbs. per jet ski. We reserve the right to make judgment calls based on passenger weight.
What is required to rent a jet ski?
You will need a valid driver’s license and a major credit card.
How many people can ride on a ski at one time?
Two (2) people per jet ski is recommended as it maintains an ideal balance and prevents
flipping or capsizing.
I have never ridden a ski before. Will someone show me how to ride?
Yes! Our Jet Ski Guide will give each rider a detailed safety briefing and show each driver how to operate the jet ski. The Guide/Ranger will be out with you for the duration of your trip for your safety!
Does the Safety Briefing and Instruction on how to ride count toward my time?
No. Your time will start when we leave the dock.
Can we switch drivers?
It can be tricky to do on the water, but you may switch if you like if conditions are in our favor.
Ask your Guide/Ranger if conditions are safe and for assistance.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes, each guest will be required to wear a life jacket that is provided upon arrival on the dock.
Pontoon Boat Rentals
No license is required to rent one of our pontoon boats.
What is the minimum age to rent or drive a pontoon boat?
You must be at least 25 years old to rent and operate the boat. A valid drivers license is required for verification.
How many people can fit on a pontoon boat?
We have 3 pontoon boats. The large pontoon boat seats up to 15 people and the regular sized pontoon boats seat up to 10 people.
Is a reservation required to rent a pontoon boat?
Yes, booking ahead insures availability of the pontoon boat during your preferred date and time.
Are the pontoon boats covered?
All pontoon boats have a bimini top to keep you shaded while cruising or anchored.
Can you fish from the pontoon boat?
Absolutely! The boats are perfect for a relaxing day of fishing. You will need a South Carolina fishing license which you can purchase online here or at Bass Pro Shop or Wal-Mart.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome on our pontoon boats. Bring your furry friends along!
Is a captain available ?
A captain is available if you are not comfortable operating the pontoon boat yourself.
Is alcohol allowed on the pontoon boat?
Alcohol is permitted but the driver must remain sober.
Where can I take the boat?
Pontoon boats can be taken on the Intracoastal Waterway, local inlets and islands.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our rental?
If inclement weather prevents the boat from being taken out the rental can be rescheduled or refunded.
