RENTAL DETAILS
• Boats Available: 90, 115 & 150 hp 4-Stroke Yamaha engines, with a maximum capacity of 10 – 15 passengers.
• Safety: All boats are U.S. Coast Guard compliant and come with the required safety equipment. Life jackets are provided.
• Fuel: Gas is not included in the rental price, the customer is responsible for paying for the fuel upon return. A $100 security deposit will be held on credit card upon check in until the fuel is paid for..
• Fishing: A fishing license is required, which can be purchased online or at local stores.
• No Towing: Towing of tubes or any other items is not allowed for safety reasons.
• Captain Options: Want to relax and let someone else navigate? Hire a captain for an additional fee, available by phone reservation.
RESTRICTIONS
• Boats must stay on the main channels of the Intracoastal Waterway—no small side creeks or ocean access (pontoon boats are not designed for ocean waters).
• A minimum of one adult 25 years or older must be present on the boat to rent.
• Fuel is not included in the rental price, the customer is responsible for paying for the fuel upon return. A $100 security deposit will be held on credit card upon check in until the fuel is paid for.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS/RULES
- Must be a minimum of 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent or drive the boat
- Beer and wine are allowed, however, no liquor is permitted on the boat
- Zero tolerance policy for an intoxicated driver
- A valid credit card is required for deposit and incidentals
- Pontoons do not have restroom facilities
- Fuel is not included
